五 |     2023年11月，全国首单林业生物资产票据——“林票2.0”在沙县落地，从此林票正式登上产权交易中心平台，实现了跨主体、市场化流通，林农手中的股权凭证真正变成了可交易、可增值的资产。    “这次签约打破了林票融资长期依赖传统银行信贷的单一格局，创新了‘社会资本进山入林’的直接融资渠道，让‘林票2.0’流通起来，成为‘盘活万重山’的新工具。”兴业国际信托有限公司相关业务负责人介绍，传统信托业务底层资产多集中于债权、不动产、股权等品类，本次业务拓展信托可投绿色资产边界，创新将“林票2.0”纳入信托底层资产池，丰富了绿色信托资产投向。同时，针对沙县区森林资源收储管理有限公司在林地经营、森林抚育方面存在的资源整合周期长、资金周转压力大的经营现状，本次业务以“林票2.0”作为投资标的，为企业森林抚育运营补充营运资金。
